I was unsure if I was to post this one or not as it is a bit trashed, but thought I would as it is full of nice bits and bobs and has stood the test of time,

So I Visited here with my mate mikeymutt after we had been checking out a few old Gun placements along the coast and decided to pop in and have a look. He said the elements have started to destroy it all since the start of the year. You could see just how bad the rot was and that it wont be long till it is gone. Such a shame really as it has some interesting little bits and bobs scattered all around.

As for the history of the place I could not see anything on-line about it, but it would be apparent that it was a Holiday cottage, and has not been in use for a long long time.

Great report mate. .I love this place..third time here for me..loving the shots.

Excellent pics, what a delightful place ..hard to pick a favourite really !

I really like seeing this place. It seems from this and other posts that there is no vandalism, only natural decay which Iis the way it should be.

Great set of pics. I was there at the weekend and can offer a little bit of history. Part of it is indeed an old railway carriage and was lived in by an eccentric old local birdwatcher called Tommy. He died some years ago and the place has obviously just been left to decay ever since. I met him a few times and 'he was a rum old boy' as we say in Norfolk!
At the risk of boring everyone I'll post my report soon...
