Happened to come across this little wooden house hidden in the trees while out for a drive, turned out to be a cool little explore. Have no history on the place unfortunately but thought I would share, first post so be gentle

That's a great little place.thought I had explored most of norfolk but I can honestly say i have never seen that one posted before..well done

Thanks Mikey

I actually hate spiders, but I'm lucky I'm only 5 foot 1 so got thro the door without touching them, hubby how ever was not so lucky lol

Nice one, love the brick chimney standing proudly from the rotting timber!
Those photos too! It looks like its been abandoned a lot longer than the Euro!
Thanks for sharing :)

Was pretty cool, wasn't what we was expecting at all, was loads of little bits and pieces scattered around, was shocking how much rubbish was in the place, you could tell it wasn't dumped rubbish the previous tenants obviously lived like it! There was also another room in the house but was that filled with junk you couldn't open the door, my theory from looking at the letters in the place it was a couple who originally lived there as there were letters addressed to a mr and Mrs then just letters to a Mrs so thinking he either left her or died and she just let the house slip!

The content of your photographs indicates you have a very good eye for the important details that tell the story - I hope your busy family life allows you time to give us more! (read your bio!). Given that you have the names of the last occupants and the address, you will have no trouble searching out the somewhat sad history of this place - should you wish.
