The Pool House, Surrey - August 2016

This is certainly one of the more run down locations I have visited.

HISTORY

The story of this place goes that there was apparently a fire shortly after construction, and there was no insurance to pay for the repairs. There was also a rumour of a murder happening, but i'm pretty sure thats complete BS...

THE EXPLORE

This trip was the only really successful visit of a series of locations we planned to visit that day with Brewtal and H. This house was the first place to visit and all went well.

We planned to visit a farmhouse not to far away, however the building site surrounded it (including the one guy that saw us walk in, but just turned away and ignored us!) and the PIR alarms that kept sounding meant it wasn't quite the tempting explore it once was, so we gave up and moved on.

Finally we tried to visit another residential location in the middle of the woods, this one looked like a good one! However there was a thick wall of brambles, nettles and bushes that defeated us, despite getting so close.
Don't you worry mother nature, we will come back another day!

Did well to capture this place as is, most wouldnt of bothered but beauty is in almost all locations, so good job!

Nice one mate! Your pics are great. We need to attempt that last place again soon. A machete may be required though! I'll speak to H and find out when works for us and we can come up with a plan. I know of a few other places in the area so we can attempt them as well.
