Cool Victoria Court Derbyshire. oct 2016

Cant find any information on this place but it was some kind of independant living scheme.
The main building had 7 flats inside 1 of these looked like a wardens flat as it said staff ionly on the door and there was a small bungalow to the rear.

some parts look better than others but it has been on fire at some point as half of the upper floor is fire damaged.

A very good report. I think that with a bit of know-how and some cash this house could be made into one big house.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
