Today didn't really go to plan. We were planning on visiting a remote location in Peakirk. The old Wildfowl nature reserve. Sadly when we arrived the main building had been converted into horse stables. There was only one building remaining derelict and it was the ladies toilets and children's park. We explored them but due to people being in the main building feeding horses it was would be too loud to turn my camera on. So we decided to bike another mile down the road to this abandoned farm house. I wasn't expecting the house to be accessible but to our surprise it was! It was an amazing but dangerous little spot. Quite a lot was left behind but its mostly covered in rubble now. Shockingly the stairs were still in tacked. This is by far one of the most dangerous places I have been because i remember resting my arm on a brick wall and about 5 bricks fell. Also my mate I was with progressed up the stairs I could see all cement falling beneath the stairs.

HISTORY:

I've looked for hours on end for any information on this place and cant find much at all. Not even old maps could help me out with this one. All i know is that the farmyard was build before the main house. Anyway heres the pics I got, enjoy!

Thanks for looking. Hope you enjoyed! :)

I do love places like this, not the most interesting visually than say a house full of belongings but there is something about a place that has been left to rot away and collapse that always draws me in. You got some really nice pics there, thanks for sharing.

Great find and pics again ExplorerX, nature has definitely reclaimed this one!

PM me the road name and I'll see if I can remember a bit more about it cause I used to live in Newborough on Guntons Road ;)
