    Default Black Tiles August 2017

    The History

From what I've gathered this place belonged to an old man who lived here until he died. I found this out as I went here with my sister and she noticed the name on an old letter in the house and it turned out she works with the man's sister. Small world huh?

    The Explore

It was nice to explore a place that wasn't totally trashed by people probably due to it being a pretty nice area. I was pretty amazed as the size of the place...It even had it's own swimming pool, but as you'll see in the picture it's seen better days!

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
