The surrounding grounds have recently been cut back from the overgrown mess it must of once been.

From the outside the place looks in a bad way but we were surprised to find what we did inside.

I believe the place is due to be or may have already now been demolished, why its all recently been cut back. If i'm honest i'm not sure of it's current situation but someone did comment on my video saying it's no longer there, but last i heard they were struggling to demolish it due to bats taking residency in the cottage, we didn't see any bats whilst exploring the place though.
