    Default Skendleby Lincolnshire

Well I think this will be one of the last visit to skendleby Lincolnshire as it's really falling apart now. Took a few pics to add to the collection. All I know about this place is it was once a lodge and a Childrens home. The photos are took over 2 visits and on the second the state of the building had fallen into even more disrepair..
There is also a planning notice on the gates to list it. Let's see what the future brings.

It looks like at one time it was a nice little house but, now dereliction has set in. I hope that it can be used for something else.

From the report I'd guess the house is screwed but the reclamation folk will reuse some of it with any luck, Nicely done, I enjoyed it, Thanks

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
