*** NOTE: EARLY MARCH 2020, PRE_LOCKDOWN ***
1. The History
Cringlebeck Farm is located near Roxby in the North of Lincolnshire. The farmhouse, which was built in 1872, is in fact two farm workers cottages and an extended range of farm outbuildings. Bar that, not a massive amount of information on this place. The house and barns did belong to the Elwes Estate, as did most of the rented cottages in Roxby.
Planning permission for replacement of two cottages with single dwelling in February 2017 was tabled and granted then planning permission for the conversion of existing redundant agricultural buildings to 3 dwellings, including additional external alterations to each building was granted in January 2018. The plot was on the market in October 2018 for an asking price of £350,000 but it is unclear if it sold or not.

2. The Explore
After a day of fails, it was on to the banker derps. Probably not of interest to most, there isn’t much left as the two cottages have been pretty-much stripped bare. However, the light, the colours and the extensive farm outbuildings made it worthy of a twenty-minute mooch. The date-stone was quite nice too.
