Its locked on the main lock with the (Scottish) T Bar key.

Can you pick these T Bars up anywhere? Theres a few ROC's near me which are locked with a T Bar.

I would quite like to document them.

They are available but different areas have different keys, plus there are also torlift keys for hatches that have been replaced
