Well site has been trashed by who knows, hatch is not present and surface part of the air vent is no longer standing. I hope the pictures speak for the underground parts of the post as it has been heavily fire damaged and looks like it has been used as some sort of rubbish dump.

I know what you mean but the people who have been there and done stuff like this to this site and the others that have been damaged will have no idea what they are or what they were for.
 
Better posts than this one in the area mate.

That post saw the end of my mobile when it dropped down the shaft and shattered :(
