Default Much Hadham ROC post Sept 2012

Wandered over to Much Hadham this afternoon to see what state the ROC post was in. The Sub Brit visit was in 1997, only five years after it's closure so thought it deserved a visit.
As can be seen from the pictures, the overall external condition is pretty good, although someone appears to have tried to get into it with a crowbar! The post is secure at present and would still appear to be accessible with the original style T bar, which I sadly do not have so no internals .
    Anyway on with the pics.:-

All very overgrown, perhaps will come back later in the year, hopefully with a key.;)

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
