Ok, there were three visits on this trip, one was a complete fail, the other is below. The 3rd was unexpected...

Visited again with my other half.

Having done a ROC Post last week I thought I'd try another as we were already passing it...



This one was hidden well in the undergrowth...







This one looks to be in good condition, all the vents in place, no visible damage or graffiti...





What looks like earth straps still attached.









The hatch mechanism works well and holds the lid up nicely... In we go...





Ok, why are my feet getting wet already....






Ah, this is why. It's full of water But give me credit for still getting this photo for you...





And there ends this particular report. So if you're ever in this area, I'd give this one a miss if I were you





Told you, not one of my best Ah well, at least it was a nice walk in the warm/sun for a change.

That went swimmingly!!

Hmmm very very tempting... if only it had some HDR, then I would pit it lol!

Good job for going down though, you wouldn't catch me getting wet for it lol

No HDR this time, the tripod wasnt tall enough to reach the floor in there

On the plus side,at least no little sods torched it

I do like these old swimming pools , well done for getting the pictures

Didn't know there was one. Mind you that was a hell of a lot of water! Where about's is the pump handle?

I only looked at this one in September. the clasps were rusted solid so someone has been and opened it. I was going to try to find out the owner and pump it out, but have now moved away from the area.
