Barnby ROC post (Suffolk Group) - April 2013

Visited with Tankman recently. This post is located next to the old Beccles Heliport which is currently being demolished, however from what people say it wasn't worth an explore anyway despite being abandoned for years now. We was unsure how to approach due to all the builders but strolled in after navigating past the biggest pile of shite ever seen and they didn't bother us. Was some cool old trucks here as well but couldn't go have a good look cause of all activity on site. Internally this post is reasonably empty but the toilet, a mattress still in packaging and some other bits and bobs remain.

Closed: September 1991

Surface, the back vent has gone and just the slat itself remains. Also the sign from subbrit's report has long gone.



Main ops room



The shelving unit, just a mirror on here which looking at old reports I think was on the wall before so someone has moved it.



Cupboard, nothing special in here but some old soap. No glitto sadly
