Visited on the way to another Roc post.
After getting permission of the land owner,i went to have a look the hatch is damaged and will not close. Suprisingly the post post is quite dry but the wall and ceiling tiles have started to fall off.Some original features remain, there is some evidence that the post was used for some other purpose after it closed such as the odd water tank set up in the storeroom/toilet and mains cable and coxial running up to the ventilation shaft.

Doesn't look too bad. Its a master post, so the coaxial and electrical cables are original and meant to be there.
 
Hi Goldie thanks for the info i am new to roc post's and i am sure you are right i should have made it clearer in the report there is some 14mm white plastic conduit running up the mound to the ventilation shaft with mains cables in it.
