Really good pics Mr Sam. It's in such good nick too.
Um...yeh, I'm a chicken too. The only ROC I've visited...I didn't go down either. Me and ladders don't get on very well!

Cheers:)

Wow that is in good nick.

Loads of the original stuff in there, I doubt that will last long.

I love those pictures Mr Sam. You want to put a lock on, or secure that ROC post somehow . It's too good to risk letting it get trashed.

I'd love to take a look at it sometime.;)

Nice pics there Mr Sam
Its a very good post, must get round to visiting it some day

It brings back happy memories of my time in the ROC, man and boy in 11 Post, No.1 Group ROC. Little seems to have changed. They were cold and drafty to serve in but there was great comradeship. :)

Blimey! That's the first time I've ever seen a post from someone who's actually served in one. Um...I don't suppose you've got any photos to share with us? I'm sure there's loads of members who'd like to read something about what you did...if you're allowed to, that is! :D

Welcome to the forum, btw. :)

Why should he or any of us put a lock on it? It's not ours is it??!

I put all the paperwork in wallets about a year ago, as it was all getting damp and as the post was in such immaculate condition I wanted to try and slow the rot down. I have even had a chat with the farmer about leasing it, but alas he wont sell it!
