Bet its a great view when your doing your dishes in that sink. Good explore

He forgot to take the cooker !
I love the sink hanging on the pipes. Nature at its best eating the building away.

Nice find :)
In the last-but-one photo..... is that an old bakerlite lightswitch by the doorway?

switch

Yes Pip,you are right it is a bakelite switch,I didn't notice it till you metioned it,i'm surprised my brother ricasso didn't notice it,he,s got a thing about light switches.Sorry bro your secret is out!

I remember, as a young 'un, changing my old lightswitch when I re-decorated my bedroom....... it looked just like the one in your photo. I promptly took said lightswitch out the back and used it for target practice  I should've had me knuckles rapped for that!!

switches

Its a shame all these old switches have dissapeared,I sometimes come across them when renovating old houses, the sparks usually throw them in the skip, i'm never far behind them, they usually have a thick coat of paint on them, and some of them turn out to be brass, they clean up a treat,I think I have a bit of magpie in me,cant resist collecting them.
