Totally made-up name as I'm not sure whether to name or not as its been derelict since c.1979 and is listed on the Buildings at Risk register.

This is a Doric-columned archway to the nearby Boss Castle (!) It is flanked by single storey pavilions but only the one to the east was ever built and the west side is merely a facade. There isn't much information on the designer or date of construction sadly.

Sorry for quality of shots, I only had my phone on me- and after seeing more stuff in the area, I will be back again!

The only reason for not naming places is to stop them getting trashed. That assumes there's something there to trash, which in this case, there isn't, there's so little to see it barely requires a report.

Its Stobs, Woodhead Lodge. Apparently there's a couple more bits worth exploring in the woods and lots in the nearby town that I know of :)
