Default Nursery & Aquatic Centre, Surrey - July 2013

Can't tell you too much about this one as it only closed fairly recently and whilst the kiddies have been in smashing stuff up there's still a fair bit that could be of interest to those avid recyclers.

Nothing very exciting but a relaxing way to spend 1/2 hour and nice and warm in the greenhouses! On with some piccies...

The birds just love Bill's nuts! (allegedly)

    Day of the triffids?

Mildly less effective if you leave the box on the floor

    They bred lampshades here

Let's look through the round window today

The kitchen was a little basic. I had to eat my pasty cold

The sticker says"not for moving humans". I know I'd move if anyone tried sticking one of these up me!

Good job it was daytime then, though I'm inclined to think they might be inflatable dummy guard dogs

And on that note I'll stop now rather than prolong your boredom. Ta for looking.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
