So, where do I start on this?
I was out on another bikeride on Sunday and I accidently saw what looked like a very small cottage in the undergrowth. I decided to have a little explore and then returned today. While I remembered my Derelict place camera, it ran out of battery right away. (I picked up the pot of flat batteries by accident) Instead I had to use the pocket camera
There is a small empty cottage and a few sheds behind it. The sheds are all intact with all the usual assortments you would expect to find from the 1940's to 1960's. The best thing about this place is a fully intact Carpenters workshop being housed in a Nissen hut! There was an electric band saw which was still plugged in and looked if it could still work. There is also a newspaper dated from February 1948.
This place may have been closed and derelict since the late 1960's considering that this was the time when we were all started loosing everything else in the Norfolk villages. The owner would have moved out to a different place and started a new life.
