Day two and a long walk, well longer than it should have been as I missed the turning and we walked the wrong way. (They are used to me by now :) ) Just after we started walking we notice to others following but they vanished as we turned a corner (They had gone the right way) anyway after crossing a field and going over the top of a hill I found it, I could see someone keep looking at me through a window, we walked down and I made sure when I opened the gate it was loud, next thing to two who was following came out the door. They were two other xplorers and the ones that followed us, I wish I had followed them now.
What a lovely little place and with the sun the light in there was brilliant (So were the colours painted in there)

Cheers, more coming soon

Interesting old pram that - I remember my brother being wheeled around in one by Mother (verified by old photos) in the Autumn of 1947 and it was evidently old then. Prams, cots and baths (paper mache on a bamboo frame stand in those days) were passed down through many families in those days - ours went on to serve at least three other young Mums in the street. Whilst it could just be post war, I think it more likely to be of pre war origin and one maker associated with that era was Pedigree. The old wooden kitchen chair and a couple of other items remind me of my childhood, where things were more likely to be passed on down through the family - and of course solid wood stands the passage of time far better than chip board!

Thanks DS the pram is a early 30s Tan-Sad, I can remember pushing my sister around in a pram like this mid 60s :)

A good report and this is a nice and cosy looking cottage. I was going to put the pram as being around late 40s and early 50s but surprised to see its older than that.
