Default Farm on outskirts of Bridgend, South Wales.

    Hi,

This old place is slowly being swallowed up by new houses, it too is now up for sale.

Shot last weekend, early start, clear and cold lovely morning.

Feel free to ask any Q's, I'll do my best to answer.

    Thanx
    Tim

It would be terrible if the barn had to be demolished, its just shouting for a conversion. The house must have been nice at one time, the arched doorway and the flooring in the hall is nice.
When the going gets tough - the tough get going.

Thanks for the comments, if you do go, the floor of the big barn (sun flare shot) looks ok (check though) but the smaller barn (interior shot) didn't seem that safe, so take care.

Someone smells free content for their commercial rag! Same old Trinity Mirror Group shite.

Make sure they pay you fairly for it if you agree for them to use your property morti.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
