Hi everyone! Although this wasn't our first explore together, it was one of our most recent and you've gotta start somewhere so here goes our very first post! *deep breath*
This was an accidental find walking to the bike after work one day. What a happy find it was! Set just behind a car park in a very, very, very overgrown field, I assume this was once a farm before the house lost its roof in a fire. The land belongs to the company nearby and there are plans to soon build a multi-story car park where it’s sat.
The Kitchen:
The Bathroom:
Above: Original light fitting in the hallway near the bathroom.
The Bedroom:
The Living Room:
The Sitting Room:
Above: The fire-damaged roof.
The Tack Room:
There is no access to these rooms from the main house so we’re only assuming it was used as a small tack room with a toilet in the back.
The Stables:
As this was an impromptu visit, photos were taken on my Samsung S7 rather than with the cameras. Saying that, I think they turned out pretty alright. The beautiful sunshine certainly helped!
If you got this far, thanks for looking! Is this a little too photo heavy? I chose to post this location first as it's the one we've got the least photos for. I think we possibly need to trim them down haha!
Happy exploring,
