This cottage was at the bootom of the path leading up to Durris tower (see Smellycats' report). The front is well hidden by bushes but the back has what would've been a lovely garden and a full blossoming apple tree.
Pretty well preserved inside with the stairs intact although someone's been in and nicked the water tank.
