Default Hilltop Farm, Kings Langley, October 2008

Some derelict farm buildings (chicken sheds, etc.) in what was until recently Hilltop Farm. A planning application has been made for conversion of the land to residential use. Two other farms nearby (Numbers Farm and Ovaltine Egg Farm) were recently converted to residential and business use respectively.

Nice. I have been into sheds like that when they are operating and it is horrible. Noisy, dusty and very warm. I hate intensive farming methods. Thats my Sunday rant over. :) I'm not vegetarian either.

I could really annoy my neighbours with an organ like that!

    You could look it up.

Here's Hilltop Farm. Zoom out and you'll find out where it is. HTH.

DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
