Well abandonned small farm, probably bought up by a neighbouring farmer simply for its land, and allowed to fall into complete decay. Unfortunately whoever owns this clearly sees it as having no value as the pile of rubble that was one a well built barn looks as if it has only recently had a JCB driven through it (despite being worth around £100K on its own, even now) There is no accounting for ignorance. Nor excuses!

Lovely old building but what a shame it's been left to get in that state.
Some nice finds within, even so...the 30's style fireplace and kitchen range are great. :)

Aw man that's gorgeous!! What a waste. So many nice features such as the fireplace - I've never seen a fireplace like it and I bet it's worth a few bob alone. It still has electricity too. Madness this waste. I'm off to cry!!

Estate Agency says :
"A delightful property in need of some refurbishment and updating, would suite a possible holiday let business or make a stunning family home".

Smiffy says:
"Christ-a-mighty thats gonna swallow some money"

An American would say:
" Gee Guys!....Thats a fixer upper and no mistake!"

Lovely and stupid to let summat like that fall down....:)

It's looks like it would've made a great house, would doubt anyone would think it worth spending the money to make it habitable now though:(

There's some nice bits left too.

Good pics :)

I would be more than willing to put lots of money in. It is in the wrong place though - I want something in Northumberland. :(
