    I took this photo at Harwich in 1990.

    Are they pillboxes?

    I think these are fixed beam CASLs. Do they still exist?

    Edit: Just looked at the overlay, are these the ones on the headland in front of Beacon hill Fort?

    They may stil be there, I haven't been back yet.

    They do still exist, or they did in October of 2006 at any rate according to Google earth.
