Took in a few of the northernmost defences from this the other weekend,as per usual left a gap to fill in as the light was getting crap due to us running behind after a fruitless search for a spigot position.e06380 listed as having an entrance through the roof when its looks to have actually had steps leading down to the rear entrance as do the other two on the Welland floodbank. All three are blocked off now though.First 2 are shell proof type 24's the other a vickers pillbox.Credit goes to Danny Laing for the internals on those three.

Plan next was to start at the far end of the main road north of Thorney and work back west. But we ran out of light and time before we could complete the section. But did get the awkward ones cleared up.First along this section of road is a 2 pounder A/T type 28
