This was located at the former Weirton Steel Plant in Weirton WV, USA. 80% of the mill has been demolished since ArcelorMittal acquired the plant in 2004. This section of the plant shutdown around 2013/14 and was left unvandalized with partial power. This was torn down in July of 2020. I may post a part 2
