Not far from Bodmin :)
The pics remind me of Wenford Bridge, the terminus of the railway from Wadebridge. Early in the 1960s I had a brake van pass to travel on the train that brought up the empty wagons and took down the full ones, a mixture of open trucks with bulk clay and vans with bagged clay. There were what I took to be clay dries next to the loading dock. I shot an 8mm cine film of the trip.
