Day 5 of 14.

Hi all
Today we popped off to Faur-a-chaux bunker, another Maginot line bunker and again an English tour which means almost a personnel tour with a guide
which is sweet.
It`s a "medium" size bunker built between 1930 and 1935, I can`t find much info about this one.

Again we entered via the top personnel block house, the thing that is very different about this bunker is that the personnel block and munition block are
linked not by a lift but by a slope shaft.

Its a bloody long way down, the ammo rail cars are winched up and down with massive cables.
