quick history first 
on rumors alone this still remains because the land was originally owned by a bunch of circus folks who gave this land to the hospital, the land will belong to the hospital only if a hospital building remains or something like that ?
anyway this is the last remaining building of the Old gravesend hospital before totally revamping and redesigning
and also the place i was born :thumb
most floors were the same, lift on south side with stair cases running on each end, about 6 floors with the same sorta layout and rooms (wards and bathrooms)
The ground floor contained the boiler room and what looked to be the remains of a kitchen ?
