The square hole in the floor is intriguing. Was it on the ground floor? Which room was it in? Any idea about its purpose?

Hi mate no not all corners but I’m hoping to get to see it some more soon as my annual leave starts it’s all on ground floor and the I’m not too sure but I’ll look again when I go in a week I’ve been twice now and kids have obviously got in and broke numberous things 🥹but I’ll sort the corners when I go thank you for looking and commenting on my pictures

I’m going back to this as there’s a cellar I’d like to see and there’s also a summer house which I’ll be doing this in the next few days thank you for your kind comments and I’ll take on board the corners any in particular??

That looks like a garage so could be a pit as I can see rubbish in it

And second it’s been vacant for some time now as the land has been brought for new houses so I’m definitely going back to see the cellar and see what’s down there the pit is something for cars not too sure hubbys words not mine also I’ve pictures of it how it was before if you’d like to see ?
