Cool half a million! Remember it burning down. Was on a childhood holiday staying near by at the time.

Whoever wants to buy it will need a lot more money above what they have spent in buying the estate to get it looking presentable. It's a big project and not one where you can start and then give up halfway. Good luck to the buyer.

I'll be surprised if it sells, I doubt you'll get your money back on what you need to spend to do it up.
