Passed by this place many times on the M74 and always meant to explore it, didn't realise that it has been partially demolished! Hard to believe it was only abandoned in 2002. Came across the little cottage on the way and thought I would include it. It's been derelict for a very long time although oddly it had upvc window frames at the front.

Yes think it was a wood burner, there were two big containers nearby that I think were full of stuff from the house that looked as if they were waiting to be taken away
