Not much history on this except through the nautical connection - I deduce that someone was a sailor :)

Literally stumbled across this when trying to enter another venue 30 seconds up the road which was a fail.

Completely trashed but kind of cool I think due to the unique garden item.

Brilliant! That house has seen better days but the boat looks a lot newer and in better condition! Im surprised. Nice find

Given the materials used to construct the Cat, it is quite possible that both the Cat and dwelling were abandoned at the same tim - 'Plastic' boats stand up to the elements far better than traditional houses. However, the lack of weathering on the stainless fittings and the absence of algae staining on the hull does suggest the craft is a later addition to the site
