Whilst GeekGirl,Unik and I were out in Wolverhampton today looking at the ROSM site at Featherstone. After we had finished there we went for a drive to see what was about and spotted this: As soon as we got through the fence, we had a quick mooch about and found the stairs to the cellars, they are amazing! As we wandered about we spotted two tramps on a ladder in the corner, they saw our torches and just scurried away. So we carried on. We found shortly after up stairs, they were quite nice really, but had spoilt the fun. I was they're home I guess though. So we left them and tried to find our way on to the part of the roof with the sign and water tank, we didn't make it that far, thanks to a sweaty piky turning up. Thats when we decided to leave the place.... However if it weren't for the guys inside it would have been a brilliant explore. The site is badly fire damaged in places but still looks great. The site is mainly derelict, but a small section is used for distribution.
