Visited with my faithful dog Barney. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you! It's amazing what you can find right on your doorstep, with the right search tools. Will go back at some point with a better light and get some better pictures .

Been a long time since I have posted on here, but still been out trying to find new , amazing places.
On a beautiful Autumn morning I visited this coach house. No history to this secluded property. From looking around the home , it was last occupied by a man named John, he loved hunting and fishing. A jar of home made jam was dated 2020 with the calender on the kitchen door dated 2009. The property was mostly boarded up, so most of the photos are taken by by torch light .Feeling anxious and excited I went to take to take a look , not thinking I would get access, but it was my day! Visited with my faithful dog Barney. Hope you enjoy!

Hi their
Are we allowed to share locations so I can start exploring? Or dose it not work like that ?
I live about 10 miles from Brighton and don’t know of any where to explore around here .

HI Wayne yeah not really, its all about doing research.
putting an area, or town in the search box at top is the first place to start, it should bring up something (there are other exploring sites u can try this on too).
searching google or geograph using key words like "abandoned" will find you some stuff but the best thing often is goo ol google maps. Its time consuming but simply studying the maps then checking out anything that looks suspicions you will be amazed what you can find.
Once you have contributed & done some posts people will be more inclined to help you out too

Erm, it really DOESN'T work like that. Exploring is very much that. You need to do the leg work.

And this just proves what an ass you are! That's why I don't name locations like this!
I did say "might". Thanks to my having been "an ass", at least two museums now display unique items I 'liberated'. Hardly the Elgin Marbles, but just as much part of the history of western civilisation. And there to be enjoyed and appreciated, rather than having been taken by scrap merchants and lost to posterity. At what stage does one leave something to be thrown away because it is seen as valueless? Museums such as the Black Country Living Museum no doubt have on show items found in abandoned buildings.
