Discovered while out walking today, I suspect it was either some kind of office building or small factory, looks to have been built in the 1960s and left abandoned long ago.

Not much left but a surprising find that I didn't know was there, considering I loved nearby for 3 years šŸ˜‚

What you could do is go into the NLS website and select "Side By Side Viewer". This would give you an old map on the left and a Google map on the right. All you have to do is to try out various maps for the year on the left and see what was there.

Those Crittall-style steel frame windows and the general structure seem to mark it as post-war, quite likely 1960s.
