The Water Board Bunker which would have been used as a Emergency Control Centre in the event of a nuclear war.

The Bunker is fitted out with three blast doors, escape hatch and blast door, dormitory, decontamination section, changing room, wash room, store room, kitchen, work area & communications, ventilation room and a generator room/oil store.

The emergency control centre is fitted out with LUWA equipment.

All these type of bunkers were built between 1990-1993. The bunkers were never used.

Please could you list where in the country this is? Obviously I get not listing the exact location, but even just the county would help decide whether I should start searching for this or not. Could be 400 miles away!
