When i first got interested in Urban Exploring, it started out by liking the idea of being ontop of a highrise building, taking photos of the city beneath. Luckily enough, i live in West London, so popping into Central London takes 20 mins
The initial plan was to visit a 9 story building on the outskirts of London, visiting with MrDan and Sweet Pea, but after driving around we ended up in Central. Myself and Sweet Pea had to be up very early the next day for work, but despite this i didnt get home until 01:49am! Haha.
Anyways, the place was abit of a building site tbh as they are added another 11 stories to the already 30 floors. But once we were in the grounds, we made our way up the stairs inside the building to the 10th floor, from there on it was metal stairs overhanging the outside of the building. Once on top, the view was amazing. The Shard, Canary Wharf, St. Pauls, Tower Bridge, London Eye, OXO Tower can all be seen from here.
Here are some photos. I must admit not the best, as we didnt have long up here. Def need to go back to get some better pictures.
