Opening of new Dome Trainer Museum July 11th Norfolk

Hi all,

I have just picked up the thread on the Dome trainer at RAF West Raynham in Norfolk. Great photos!

My grandfather, Henry Stephens, Royal Navy, invented the first Dome Trainer.

We are opening a completed Dome as a fully functional museum on July 19th in Norfolk.

All are welcome to see the real thing.

I was caught by security in that very dome so have fond memories of the place

I'm sure this will interest a lot of our members, I look forward to coming down soon after opening. I have been speaking with one of your colleagues(?) Andrea about the project recently
