    Default Power trip

This was last year where we had a trip south of the border on a raid into England. Rustling not cattle or sheep but explorers ;D. This had been one that was on my list last two trips south where my partners decided that we didn't have the time for it.

Through a tantrum (stamped my feet and screamed.) [...............i got my way

So we arrived quite early had no idea about the place or what to expect. Bit of a tourist hotspot and quite rightly so Beautiful little village so we stopped for a bite to eat wandered around the Village. settled down for a snooze, woke up in the new dark and set off we had a plan and stuck to it.

Setting off after discounting two ways in there was a new PIR Camera with why looked like trip points on a obvious way in. we had to do a bit of thinking on the fly here as security where quite active and patrolling having had to take cover about 4 times in the space of a hour.

Luck favors the bold so we went for it, had a lovely visit if too short.

Nothing like a bit of industrial photography to bring out good shots. That sign which says "Caution - Crane Rail Tripping Hazard" is in an awkward place as someone could trip over it while walking along the catwalk.
When the going gets tough - the tough get going.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
