Burnt warehouse, Dalston Junction, Nov 08

No real info on this place but it looks like it's been there for a long time. Strange really as everywhere around it is being redeveloped into newbuild flats, I'm sure the land must be worth a fortune.

As you can see there is not much left, the roof has completely gone and there is a lot of grafitti/street art, some of which was surprisingly quite good

The land also backed onto some derelict houses that were in a really bad way. I was tempted to enter but they looked like real death traps and there was evidence of quite recent squatting. Enjoy!

What is the mill behind it was that not explorable

I like the look of this. Any plans to return there? I might take a gander at some point.

wow those houses are actually similar to how some are getting in a certain area of Leicester. Only difference is a lot of the ones here are still occupied, and they have more rubbish outside! lol

Cheers, I think I may take a peek inside next time whilst treading very carefully! There was a strange women playing around in the rubbish at one point, she didn't seem too bothered about me being there and I'm pretty sure she must have been in them.

That place looks excellent. I love places like that because it drops a load of questions... what was the place, and what happened to it? I presume that's in London, it makes you wonder why no one's snatched the land and rebuilt, what with land being such a commodity in the capitol.

Would be interesting to look through those houses, but you'd have to be *really* careful. I've seen squatters be both friendly and properly dangerous....
