Went here with shadow (thanks alot mate) after some absailing off a bridge nearby and time was running low so only a quick trip

start of the day me petrified going off a railway bridge :lol:

really weird as a concrete wall with doors painted on with real hinges think for training rounds

turned out to be a good day apart from me sliding down a railway side into a blackberry bush

Take it the bridge was part of the dis-used cotgrave entension line.

Good pics of the ammunition storage area and the bit that was latter converted for training use. Don't often see it mentioned in visits.

thanks, that why i wanted to post it as its nice to see it as its a strange bit ,no idea where it was i just ended up there :lol:
im in agony today from abseiling,walking,falling in a bush and a explore today that was out this world

Its because the other end of the air feild to where the hangers an buildings are, dont think many people want to walk all that way.....cant see why tho:)
