A new member's take on a recently well visited site. The history is limited - seems just to have been left after the elderly gentleman died since 2005/6 ( from what I've gathered on other posts). Interesting printing presses in house and in shed.

House is in a real sorry state and lots of things have gone missing - even since reports posted in January. No cameras, only one Singer sewing machine and lots has been moved around from downstairs to upstairs and vice versa. Obviously not done by professional urbexers who have respect!!

Easy explore for my second one with my son. House is on very busy road and we were clocked by neighbour who said nothing ;). Had an interesting hour looking around. This report may be too photo heavy. I was trying to show some different photos from previous posts.

Thanks for looking.

I went here today, its a great little place.
The neighbor was watching us too as we left!

Hard not to get spotted there. I did enjoy it though. Hope to do more places like this.

Its simple not to get seen there.Just go in the back way.Its not rocket science!
The locals will get this boarded soon if we all keep wandering through the front garden.Point taken?

I did go in the back way and was very careful - thank you very much!! I'm not an idiot. Point taken yourself??

Fifty-five years of wandering about abandoned/derelict property has taught me that there is no universal entry point for these sites - care and patience and not giving the appearance of 'a person sulking about' is all you need, apart from a viable point of entry of course! There is a pretty good location in my area where the 'quiet' back garden route will guarantee confrontation with the neighbours - walking up the front garden path and opening the unlocked front door is the way to a fruitful afternoon.
