I came across this by chance on the way home from work, so still my had on my suit and shoes. There's a big pond right beside this and the Turrerts, I think, must be home to more of those wheel devices.
I'll go back when I'm better dressed.
 
Love the 'conning towers'. :lol: Some very interesting exterior stuff there, by the look of it. Looks like a fairly big site too. Be interested to see more of this when you've been back. :)
 
Funnily enough in the Local rag tonight was this article on some of those grounds being sold.

Will have to go back soon or it may be gone!
 
Be cool if you do get back there. Any potential developers have got to re-route the water mains, according to the article though, so it might take a while before a developer's found who's willing to take that on, maybe? I'd be interested to see what happens there.
