Wow, how did I miss this report???

Stunning report, and fantastic pics....makes me want to see this place soooooo bad!

Get out and do it then.. before it's all gone. I give it another month or two before it's gone. They'll be moving onto to demo'ing the remains of the admin block soon.

I do agree with Krella, it's not that exciting. Even when it was all neat and tidy in 2007/8 it didn't excite me massively - probably the best bit was Brockley House secure unit and that was gone by end of 2008

Not worth the effort now mate. It's being dropped at a rate of knots and it was pretty naff when we were there anyhow. But it's horses for courses I guess!

Was it as depressing when it was working as it is now? It's a bl**dy grim place!

No far from it, it was quite pleasent, squirrels, freshly mowed lawns, patients ambling about.

The staff social club had a great little bar and a skittle alley.
