Day 5 of 14
Right lets get our arse`s in to some proper derelict stuff, no more permission visits lets do some fence hopping.
This is the barracks linked to the Faur-a-Chaux bunker, military personnel would of been stationed here on a rotation system, 6 weeks in the bunker then
back out to the barracks, the barracks also has a vehicle area (the garage area has a small narrow gauge railway line in side with a tiny turn table at one end.
If anybody can shed any light on its use that would be cool.
Right enough woffle lets get some pictures up.
The top part of the kitchen area
Up to the second floor, no idea why the rooms have the wire doors.
Up in the roof space, all the roof trusses are light weight steel.
From the personnel barracks a pop outside and a look at the vehicle building with its small railway lines and turn table.
Right heading back in to the barracks and the things that makes this place uber cool is the amount of art work on the walls, loos like it was done by the
military stationed here back in the day. (There was a lot so I`ll only post a few up)
