this site is or was going to be a new golf course but construction stopped cause the roads was getting to muddy. dont know much else about the site really.

me, jamesPP and scrub 1st visited the site as we heard about some arches on are way to the arches we found a truck that turned out to be more intrested than the arches.
Bout a month later me, sarah (my girl friend) and scrub went back to take some more pics of this abandonded tipper and i had a mission of my own. jack the cab up and take some pics of the engine.

well, that was the plan.

after, not sure what happened. it blew up or got cut up and taken for scrap.

all that was left was the wheels, the cab, and a front wheel with the wish bone and part of the steering rack still attached.

We also heard of a cat that was abandoned just in the next field.
off we went to try and it find it.
we found the cat and a shed with loads of other toys in :D

by the look of the seddie atki tipper its gypos stealing the body and chassis for the hydraulics and rams

looks like some of the plant has been used recently aswell :)

love abandoned plant and trucks ;)
 
Great shots there, shame about the truck:(
But as long as you got an engine shot!
And, that last pic, great depth to it, almost looks as if it was take using a Fisheye.
